Marchesini Group Beauty will be at the Cosmoprof 2025 show with a number of solutions for packaging liquid cosmetic products of varying viscosity to meet all the needs of the beauty market, from make-up through to body care products. From 20 to 22 March, on Stand A9 – Hall 19, visitors will be able to take a close look at two lines for packaging cosmetic products in tubes and bottles, as well as a monobloc machine and a variety of perfume packaging technologies.
These, in particular, will be the major innovation presented by Marchesini Group Beauty at this edition of the show, and will offer beauty industry businesses several different solutions for constructing a complete packaging line, starting from a filling machine and a capping machine for fragrances produced by the Axomatic brand. The machine, in stainless steel throughout, is equipped with a blower/vacuum bottle cleaning workstation, a syringe-type liquid dosing unit with suction for precise filling level control, and technological systems for Pick & Place plungers, caps and collars, with the option of adding a labelling or inkjet marking system. The offering is completed by a vertical cartoner for cartoning bottles and an automatic overwrapper able to process multiple types of products, with thermo-sealing film and edge weld sealing.
Apart from the world of fragrances, the stand will also feature a line for tubes, which are first filled and sealed by an Axomatic tube filling machine and then cartoned by the V2 engineering alternating motion horizontal cartoner. Also on show will be a line for packaging products in bottles, developed in close partnership by two of the Group’s Beauty Division brands: Vibrotech and Axomatic.
The synergy between these brands has led to the creation of a line comprising a robotised feeding system perfectly integrated with a stable bottle filling and capping machine.
The system, designed by Vibrotech, includes a rotary selection disc, a conveyor or vibration hopper that gently doses the products onto the rotary disc, a vision system that detects the products for picking and finally a Scara robot that picks the products and places them at the outlet at a speed of between 30 and 40 pieces per minute. This system, designed to guarantee the product’s quality, has been integrated with a simple, compact system for dosing and capping a variety of cosmetic products in stable bottles at a maximum speed of 40 pieces per minute.
The compact, ergonomic stainless steel filling and capping machines are built by Axomatic. The AXOBLOCK 160 filling machine, in particular, is equipped with two dosing units that guarantee precise dosing of liquid and dense products and two descending nozzles driven by servomotors that dispense the product into the bottles perfectly from the bottom upward, with control of the nozzles’ up and down travel speeds.
The machines on show on stand A9 – Hall 19 will also include a monobloc filling and capping machine, by Rejves Machinery. Flexible and with rapid size change, the Rejblock 360 is able to dose a wide range of cosmetic products and to apply any type of cap currently in use in the sector of reference.
The continuous linear filling section can be equipped with magnetic or mass flowmeters or with a system of syringes controlled by servomotors in CIP or COP configuration. Last but not least, the capping section, with one or two rotary turrets, is available both in mechanical configuration and servo-assisted, for rapid control and configuration via HMI.
