VISION SYSTEMS FOR CASE PACKING
SEA Vision systems offer a very wide range of casepacker and pallettizing machine, starting from the codes and the variable data printed on the carton label. Other controls are carton layers completeness and case content completeness.
They are installed directly on casepacker and palletizing machine and analyze in real-time 100% of the products (not statistic control) also at high speeds. One or more controls are performed simultaneously.
The system is composed by hardware (Industrial PC, cameras, light units) and software (with advanced proprietary algorithms) perfectly integrated with the Marchesini Group packaging machines.
All the computations are performed at very high speed and the result is communicated to the machine to reject automatically the defective cartons without affecting the production speed.

Carton Layer Control
Control of the completeness of cartons layer and of the correctness of every carton serialized/not serialized codes.
Case Completeness
Products and booklet presence control inside the case.
1D/2D Code on Case and on Pallet Label
Print management and control of 1D and 2D serialized or not-serialized code (for example QR code, Data Matrix, Code128, SSCC, EAN code) on label applied on the case and on the pallet. ANSI Grading control in real-time to assure the printed quality of the code.
Variable Data on Case and on Pallet Label
Print management and control of variable data like production date, batch number, expiry date and other on label applied on the case and on the pallet.
