Marchesini Group will be exhibiting at the next edition of Interphex, which will take place from 1st to 3rd April 2025 at the Javits Center in New York. The Group will be supported at this major industry exhibition by the North American subsidiary, Marchesini Group USA, which was established more than 30 years ago in a modern facility, equipped and staffed to meet the ever-increasing demands of today’s sophisticated and quality-conscious pharmaceutical customers. The sales and technical team will be at booth 2501 to show customers the machines on display.
To meet the stringent requirements of quality and safety in the pharmaceutical sector, companies must comply with current regulations and industry standards, implementing robust inspection and quality control systems that ensure compliance and efficiency over time. Marchesini Group provides cutting-edge technologies designed to support pharmaceutical companies in achieving these goals, offering advanced solutions that help clients to meet regulatory demands while optimizing the production processes.
On display at booth 2501, visitors can discover the RS1: a monobloc machine that performs both visual inspection and leak test control by High Voltage Leak Detection system of injectable products. The machine, which can handle ampoules, vials and cartridges, can be configured to inspect both liquid and LYO products: the standard configuration control stations include cosmetic control of tip/cap from lateral side, checking possible defects such as tip shape, height, black spots and rings for ampoules and crimping defects, stopper presence, flip-off presence and color for vials.
Particles control is performed by other control stations that can detect different kinds of particles in water-based and oil-based solutions, thank to a combination of different Led lights illumination and spinning speed. Optional controls such as LYO inspection, sidewalls glass defects, flip-off top view and leak test for LYO products can be implemented in the machine.
In addition to this solution, Marchesini Group will also present some solutions provided by Dott. Bonapace, a company of the Group, specialised in laboratory machinery and in small industrial production outputs of high-tech pharmaceuticals and for Research & Development. On display will be the IN-CAP SE, an automatic capsule filler designed to handle a wide range of products, including powders, pellets, tablets, liquids, Capsule-in-Capsule, and combinations of up to three different forms. Additionally, visitors can view the BP-2, BP-3, CU-1 line, a mid-capacity system for producing suppositories and ovules in plastic strips and a smart leak testing solution for blisters and plastic containers.
