Cosmopack 2025: SEA Vision technologies on show at Marchesini Group Beauty stand

Among the solutions on display at Marchesini Group Beauty Stand A9 – Hall 19, there will be technologies developed by SEA Vision, a leading company based in Pavia specializing in systems for traceability, data collection, and inspection in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging sector.

From March 20 to 22, SEA Vision will present new solutions for the cosmetic market at Cosmoprof 2025, including the long-awaited A-eye Lipstick, an AI-powered vision system for lipstick quality control. It has won the Cosmopack Asia Awards 2023 and has been tested in real production environments of a large Italian cosmetic company.

The system is now more compact, easily integrated into production lines, and user-friendly, allowing quick changeovers and new format creation. It offers customizable quality thresholds for various defects, ensuring high-quality standards.

SEA Vision will also present the Digital Product Passport (DPP), a digital twin of products that centralizes critical information, promoting transparency and sustainability in the supply chain. Additionally, the AI Corner will demonstrate the future of inspection through neural algorithms, with applications for inspecting glass products and advanced character reading.
