In 2024, we celebrated our 50th anniversary: our values and passion have guided us towards an extraordinary future that we are building together. 2024 was a year full of new projects and marked by a new logo: the number 50 embraces something of the company called 2M from which it all began and then reaches beyond it, aiming for infinity.

But if we’re to face new challenges and come up with answers about our organisation’s tomorrow, we have to start from the right questions, so we’ve chosen to be guided on this journey by Futura, the voice and consciousness that dwells in every one of us and will urge us to think about a many-faceted, constantly changing future.

On the occasion of our 50th anniversary, we have decided to promote a charitable project in support of three associations that we have identified in collaboration with Fondazione Marchesini ACT. With the aim of supporting concrete and innovative projects, the Foundation has selected three third-sector entities that well represent the three pillars

Future Pack Challenge
In 2024, we talked about the future, starting with the protagonists of tomorrow: the youth. We challenged university students, particularly from the engineering faculty, to work in groups and develop innovative business solutions in the field of pharmaceutical packaging.

The project, developed in collaboration with BOOM (the innovative Knowledge and Innovation Hub of CRIF), lasted six months, during which various teams of university students explored new methods of drug use, new materials for packaging, and new technological frontiers with the aim of improving the sustainability of machinery and packaging.
Participants from different geographical areas will be guided by our mentors from Marchesini Group, who will support them throughout the challenge. A panel of experts will judge the final works, awarding the winning group with a cash prize during the concluding celebration of our 50th anniversary. With this initiative, we aim to provide young individuals with the opportunity to engage, innovate, enhance their knowledge, and explore the employment and training opportunities within our Group.

To prepare ourselves for the challenges that lie ahead in the future, we have decided to enrich the 2024 training offerings with special courses focused on personal development, courage, collaboration and teamwork.
With the guidance of experts, we will delve into the realm of relationships, increasingly viewing diversity as an opportunity for growth and innovation. We are beginning to look forward to the next 50 years with enthusiasm and the desire to transform ordinary actions into something extraordinary.
